1. Who we are

This website is operated by CozyPaws, Spain ("CozyPaws", "we", "us"). Contact: cozyypaws@outlook.com. The store runs on Shopify.

2. Accepting these terms

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund policy, our Shipping policy and our Privacy policy. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

3. Products

• We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small differences in knit pattern or colour between units are normal for knitted items.
• Sizes: please measure your pet and check our Size Guide before ordering. Measurements can vary by 1–2 cm between units.
• Material: wool knit (as declared by the manufacturer).
• Safety: pet clothing, not a toy. Always supervise your pet while it wears the sweater. Remove it if your pet chews it, or if it restricts movement or breathing. Keep away from fire and heat sources.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (or converted into your local currency where available) and include VAT where applicable within the EU. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart and at checkout, and any discount shown is calculated against a real reference price.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Free gifts

Free gifts (the Christmas Bandana with 3 Sweaters) are included while stocks last. They can't be exchanged for cash, and they're only included when you buy the qualifying number of sweaters. If we run out, we'll tell you before shipping and offer an alternative gift or a partial refund.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy covers delivery. Our Refund policy covers returns, size exchanges, the 30-day money-back guarantee and your legal right of withdrawal.

8. Legal guarantee

All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity required by law. For goods bought from us as a Spanish seller, it lasts 3 years from delivery. If a product is faulty, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.

9. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or video (including photos of your pet), you confirm it's genuine and yours, and you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We never edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don't pay for positive reviews.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, design, logo and images) belongs to CozyPaws or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We don't exclude or limit liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence and bring a claim in the courts of your country. 13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
